Toyin Elebe

Director 

Toyin has over 15 years management experience in banking, marketing and recruitment sectors. He is responsible for business development, recruitment campaigns, and training. Toyin has a BSc. in Politics and an MSc. in Marketing & Management. 

Daniel Noble

Non-Executive Director 

Daniel has extensive experience within residential and commercial property recruitment, spanning 20 years. He specialises in residential property management, commercial property, construction and housing.  Daniel has a B.A.(Hons) degree in English Language & Linguistics.  

How We Work

We aim to make the recruitment process simple, straightforward relational. We meet with all prospective candidates that registered with us, regardless of role and location to discuss career aspirations, skills, technical expertise competencies and experience. Only then do we try and match candidate with a role that fits. 

Recruitment starts with searching our extensive database of candidates interviewed by our consultants. Bespoke headhunting, networking, targeted social media and online advertising, and networking events are used to attract further candidates. All candidates are thoroughly vetted and interviewed to assess career aspirations, skills and competencies. 

For shorter-term positions, we actively maintain a large network of the best interim managers and temporary staff in the marketplace, all pre-screened with completed employment and reference checks, helping us quickly shortlist and supply the best candidates.
